Our lawyers will prepare your application and advise you on your case. This is a personal, one to one, service where you are assigned a lawyer who will prepare your case and be on call as needed for a fixed fee of £150.
This is how it works:
1. Click below to select the area of law. You will be taken to a new window to select the claim or application to be made.
2. Confidentiality and security of your information is essential. We therefore ask you to open an account or log in if you have used our service before. Once you have done this you will be taken to a straightforward questionnaire to provide the basic information we need to prepare your claim. Click the submit button and you will be taken to the payment page where you can pay using either PayPal or through our Secure Server.
3. You will now be assigned your personal lawyer who will email you to acknowledge his instructions and if there are no problems proceed to prepare a first draft of your claim. Once this has been done (usually within 24 hours) the draft will be sent to you for consideration.
4. In most cases you will then have a telephone conference or email correspondence with your lawyer to discuss your application, any further information needed or questions you may have. Once you are both satisfied with the application it will be sent to you either by post or email to approve, sign and issue at court.
5. Your lawyer will remain available to give any further help and advice needed.
